Case study
We built the software that runs a whole remodeling company
Enso Homes designs and builds home remodels in Austin, TX. We built and shipped the software that runs the business, homeowners, referral partners, and the internal team all working from one connected system, with AI driving the project workflow

The challenge
Growth was stuck behind manual work
Enso Homes runs design and construction in-house, their end-to-end model is the competitive edge. But the design team had become the bottleneck to growth, and the business ran on scattered tools: manual scheduling, document chasing, slow proposals, and homeowners calling to ask what was happening.
They needed to scale a referral-partner network, run more projects per manager, and make the homeowner experience the moat, without drowning the team in admin. That meant one connected platform, not another point tool
AI automation in the build
AI automation that does real work
The V3 client portal is built around an AI-authored data model: Claude reads project notes and each design call and returns structured JSON that becomes live project state, so the dashboard stays current without the design team re-keying everything by hand. AI here isn’t a chatbot bolted on, it’s automation wired straight into the core workflow that was the bottleneck.
How we worked
Inherit, extend, then rebuild
We started by getting to know an existing codebase, taking on the admin portal and partner system first, then led a from-scratch rebuild of the client portal. Real environments, continuous delivery, and a go-live in mid-2026. All of it founder-led, over a few focused months.
The outcome
From scattered tools to one connected system
